October's Staff Spotlight Faleecia

My name is Faleecia, and I have been a dedicated preschool teacher since 2008.

Over the years, I have learned how important it is to make a positive difference in the lives of young children and their families. My main goal is to love, nurture, guide, and protect every child entrusted to my care while creating a safe, supportive, and loving environment where they can learn and grow.

I believe in always remembering that these are our children, and they deserve the same love, patience, care, and protection that we would want for our own. This belief is what motivates me to go the extra mile, put in the extra effort, and build meaningful relationships with both the children and their families. I want every family to feel welcomed, valued, and supported, knowing that their children are in caring hands.

My greatest reward is knowing that I have made a positive difference in a child's life and helped lay the foundation for their future success.
